Our running club stayed there this past weekendand everything was top notch from the location, to checkin, bar / restaurant staff to rooms & amenities. They could not have been more accommodating to our unique itinerary.
Mainly writing this review for the service. Brett at front desk was kind and attentive to our needs. Freddy at the cafeteria was the sweetest, with the friendliest and most thoughtful service. Both were so very sensible and thoughtful. Want to give them high praise!
Was there for a big event with many friends. They did a great job putting up with our craziness and helping out. I ended up staying in one of the suites that was pretty cool with a apical staircase. For some of my friends it was hit or miss but otherwise I will return again.
Freddy was the best server! I had breakfast and he helped me with the best table for power for my computer to keeping water with fresh lemons. I only wish I could find service like this at home. Good job hiring Freddy Holiday Inn! Food was great too!
Shannon was very helpful in serving us breakfast. She was very patient, polite, and courteous. She actually talked with us and made us feel welcome. Our breakfast was cooked to our specifications! It was delicious! We enjoyed our stay.

Shannon (Kitchen) and Priscilla (Bar) were absolutely amazing! They not only provided the best service to me, BUT I saw how they treated every single customer. I’m actually going to stay here the next time I’m in town JUST because of those two amazing employees. Please make sure they receive the kudos they deserve because customer service has fallen off since COVID but these two are refreshing.
